This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on First shift (Days). Applicants will be considered for any openings in the Beef departments. Jobs are fast pace and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting and pulling up to 40 pounds. All work is performed in a cold and damp environment with temperatures ranging from 36 – 42 degrees and require standing eight (8) to twelve (12) hours per day. Applicants must be willing to work with knives, if required. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends, if required.
