SUMMARY: ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for a General Maintenance Worker (GMW).

 

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Replace electrical receptacles, wires, bulbs, ballast, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repair or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paint structures and equipment.
• Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hang doors and install door locks.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on exhaust fans, emergency lighting, HVAC equipment, water coolers, pumps, and facility operating equipment.
• Performing general maintenance on equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Crawl under and work on the topside of buildings as needed to make repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
