As a member of the Creative Services team, you will provide graphic design support for the NCS brand and family of brands. You will be highly motivated, curious, and a team-player. You will be driven to complete your work to the highest standard and be open to feedback from the Art Director, Creative Director, SVP of Marketing, and other business leaders.

What You’ll Do: 

• Engage directly with the Creative Services and Marcom Team on project briefs to ensure a unified, client-centered approach to visual solutions
• Work within brand and style guidelines, deliver novel visual solutions that support larger campaign goals
• Make recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate
• Create specialized/custom assets when needed (logo design, custom graphics etc.)
• Work within the NCS Creative Services project management software
• Attend team meetings when needed
• Hit deadlines 
• Bring ideas to the table
• Care about what you do and the businesses you work for
• Be flexible and willing to pivot if needed 
• Be receptive to feedback 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred
• Extensive portfolio of successful design work, especially within an agency context
• Comprehensive knowledge of design theory and software, including Adobe Suite

*A paid design project may be required as part of the interview process
