We are hiring a Shipping Distribution Handler to join our Otay team!

Are you a safety focused, detail oriented, forklift certified professional? As the Shipping Distribution Handler at our brand-new Otay facility, you will pull loads based on a loading manifest from the Dealer Support department, pulling and stacking covers and kits to prepare for shipping. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that parts and covers for our industry-leading Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Endless Pools®, Freeflow Spas®, and Fantasy Spas® are packaged and loaded correctly and in good condition.

• Can you drive a forklift? You will be responsible for loading shipments safely and efficiently.

• Are you quality focused? You’ll ensure that all kits and covers are loaded correctly and in good condition.

• Are you detail-oriented? You will be responsible for the accuracy of shipments as well as the care of finished goods.

• Are you a team player? You may assist in various areas of production as needed.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Forklift Certified.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.

• Strong ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

Hiring Range: $15.77-$24.78
