Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will proactively work to strengthen HR deliveries within Weatherford and in particular to support the organization with HR Connect (HRI) initiatives. To work in the centralized HRC Team to work on the Human Resources policies, processes, turnaround time, SLAs, scalability & performance improvement in a global setting.

 

Effective HR decision-making by thinking strategically and making choices backed by relevant insights. Within organizations, to provide with compact insights from data and to understand the data, gather insights, and communicate them effectively.

 QUALITY

  • Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management System
  • Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement

 OPERATIONS

  • To coordinate with all HRC Team members as well HRBP’s to execute the routine tasks.
  • Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS)
  • Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
  • Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
  • Monitor the HR CONNECT mailbox and ensure emails are responded to within the defined SLA’s
  • To record & maintain the executed tasks in the ‘Tracker’
  • To work in the ‘Lift and shift’ initiative to move more HR Tasks from HRBP’s to HR CONNECT Team on the framework of Standardization, Simplification & Systemization.
  • To work in the great collaboration with other GZ’s HRC members
  • Attend the evening Team calls to report on the current operational activities and to share updates related to the progress and challenges of your area
  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and external stakeholders, wherever applicable.
  • To carry the learning attitude at workplace where you are responsible to acquire the new skills to develop your career and meet the Company’s expectation.
  • Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential
  • Demonstrates leadership, ethical behavior and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times
  • Work with ‘Sr. HR Manager-CONNECT’ on the consistent reporting for further enhancing the overall deliverables
  • Any other tasks assigned by the ‘Sr HR Manager - CONNECT’ from time to time as per the need of the business.

  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
  • Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports 

FINANCIAL

  • Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

  • Supervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Training Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personal & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing talented workforce

Qualifications

Experience & Education

 REQUIRED

  • Any University/College Graduate with concentration of HR as major specialization
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years HR experience within the Oil & Gas sector with working knowledge of HR policies, laws & Country/Geozone regulations.
  • Experience of HR Operations, multiple Countries or North America Ops will be preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

       PREFERRED

  • Experience of HR Operations, multiple Countries Ops will be preferred
  • Any valid HR Certifications i.e. CIPD, SHRM & PHR will be preferred for shortlisted the application

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools

       PREFERRED

  • Knowledge of working in the HR Operations
