Talent Acquisition

  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job duties, qualifications and skills required for any new position and may develop job description for certain positions.
  • Manage approvals and requisition creation for all open positions.
  • Assists with recruitment functions including screening resumes, initial telephone interviews, face to face interviewing and coordinating pre-employment testing, i.e. physical examination and substance abuse testing
  • Serves as the Day-1 onboarding contact for all corporate new hires to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Onboard new hires - initiate activities in UKG, ensuring all documentation is completed prior to the employee’s start date.
  • Conducts employee orientations on the first day of employment for new hires.


HR Generalist

  • Investigating, monitoring, documenting, and reporting employee relations issues.
  • Assist employees with frequently asked questions relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
  • Assists with processing of terminations, new hires, and payroll changes.
  • Conduct offboarding activities for exiting employees.
  • Assists the HR team as needed for special projects and reporting.
  • Assists with maintaining job descriptions library.
  • Compile and analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
  • Assist with performance review process.
  • Conducts open enrollment presentations at assigned locations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
