This position will take a national leadership role on the industrial property management team and will represent JLL to its national and local client base. You will approve key client and internal deliverables including budgets and financial reports, work closely with leasing, investment sales, and other business line partners to identify new opportunities, and initiate business development and retention initiatives. You will leverage your team extensively, developing team members through delegation and identifying opportunities for performance efficiencies. Your thirst for innovation will include a drive to use technology to simplify business, improve relationships, and empower your teams.
Creating strategic and collaborative solutions
You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment. As an IPM Lead, you will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team. You will also contribute to developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive and thoughtful means of communication, hiring practices and career development practices. You are focused on strengthening strategic partnerships with clients, pitching new business proposals and delivering innovative solutions to expand our footprint in the marketplace in ways that build our brand and garner referrals and references from those you work with. You are active in the commercial real estate industry, engaged and serving in leadership roles with industry and community organizations that raise JLL’s profile and build relationships with new and existing clients and influencers.
Embracing the human side of business
You are people focused, seeking out and understanding the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients and team members alike. Your ability to manage client and vendor relationships will allow for seamless conflict resolution, account maintenance, and overall development of client relationships.
