Information Technology Intern
NAES Corp.
Issaquah, WA
Opportunity Summary
Our current plant SharePoint sites were originally created 7 years ago using a technology that is no longer supported in the current browsers. Each site requires a new homepage created with a new design. In addition to the new design, we need to update the plant contacts, adding all the corporate support contacts to the central contacts list. After this is complete, we can build new web parts for the contacts to be used on the new sites. We will also build a new phone application allowing everyone the ability to search contacts and call any plant contact from their phone. We have 135 plant sites that need to be updated. Instructions have already been created for these tasks; training will be provided. In addition to this work, we have maintenance work that needs to be done for our CRM system, such as assisting in CRM data cleanup and training documentation.
