Position Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated Energy Inside Sales Representative to join our esteemed team. Our main hub is located in Baltimore, with additional branches in Laurel, Frederick, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. If you're passionate about connecting with customers and driving the success of our Energy Department sales, we want to hear from you.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

 

Essential Functions:

• Collaboration is Key. Collaborate closely with our Outside Sales team, project departments, vendors, and utility representatives to ensure comprehensive support.
• Engage both existing and potential customers, introducing them to our exceptional product lineup while proposing sustainable and cost-saving solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by offering guidance on parts, generating quotes, and processing orders for our Energy Department.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and utility partners, refining your negotiation skills in the process.
• Uphold our high standards of service with your professionalism in conduct, appearance, and overall demeanor.
• Deliver excellent customer service to cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Participate actively in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our Lighting and EV Charging product range.
• Show flexibility in taking on additional tasks as assigned by our leadership team, aiding the overall success of the department.

 

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Electrical industry is preferred, as it provides a strong foundation for this role.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Excel, is essential. Familiarity with Eclipse software for Job Management would be beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for effective customer interactions.
• Exhibit polished and professional phone etiquette that mirrors our commitment to unparalleled service.
• Capability to work in a time-sensitive business environment, understanding our customers' urgency, is crucial.
