ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the production of data, analysis and insights which will be utilized to drive improved performance across the Sales function. Responsible for supporting the development and curation of core datasets which are standardized and provide a holistic view of our sales performance. Responsibilities will include dashboard creation to enable sales activities and to provide a greater understanding of customer behavior, thus directly influencing decisions across the sales organization to increase turnover. Also, to seek to improve processes and systems wherever possible utilizing contemporary technology.
Key Accountabilities include:
1. Responsible for maintaining and supporting development of all key data sets relating to sales metrics including sales pipeline analysis, customer segmentation modelling, product performance and customer upselling tools.
2. Interacts directly with the Sales department to identify key analytical opportunities that deliver valuable sales insight and actionable data.
3. Delivering end to end campaign analysis to help understand customer behaviour and the effectiveness of our sales activity.
4. Provide automated insight dashboards to enable self-service analytics.
5. To support the creation of core data structures to drive pricing analytics.
6. Ensuring data sets and dashboards are produced in a scalable way and are error free.
7. Support in interrogating key internal datasets to ensure sales data is cleansed, standardised and has all required fields to drive better strategic decision making.
8. Responsible for delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements as defined by the business.
9. Support improvements in analysis, forecasting and predictive modelling to enable better business decisions.
10. Rolling out new tools and training users to ensure we embed the new ways of using data to help drive decision making.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the role of an analyst
- Be highly numerate and experienced in the development and maintaining of complex data structures
- Proven ability to deliver root cause analysis, troubleshoot data and data related processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- The ability to translate data into clear and concise actionable recommendations
- Experience of cleansing and preparing data with the ability to query using MS SQL
- Excellent knowledge of MS SQL

Salary: $46,550 - $69,825 dependent on skills and experience
