The AMMM Program Integration & Control (PI&C) team is looking for a forward-looking leadership candidate that shall provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend actions to mitigate program risks. This position will be supporting AMMM Sr. Leadership by driving integration of activities spanning multiple organizations to ensure mission success of key customer milestones, and developing management control data and/or visuals to represent performance.
Responsibilities will also include the development and maintenance of -engineering release schedules as well as other scheduled activities required to meet Production and Sustainment line need dates, assessing the impact of this work scope on the overall AMMM Line of Business. In addition the candidate will be the primary resource to develop and lead entry to mid-level career Integrated Program Planners in the group, as well as building relationships with Sr. Leadership on the program.
Candidate will have knowledge of Critical and Driving Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will need to be able to understand program risks and how they will influence the execution of Program Performance.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

- Microsoft Project Experience

- Experiences delivering Program or Project briefings to internal and external customers

- Highly proficient with a wide range of engineering and manufacturing processes and computer systems (BOMs) such as primary and secondary structure, wiring, software, avionics, utility and propulsion systems, and paint and trim operations for production and retrofit kitting requirements.
Desired skills
- Cross Collaboration of Different Organizations and Teams

- Demonstrated team building skills

- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

- Deltek Open Plan and Acumen Experience

- Experience with the development of executive level briefings, both internal and customer facing

- C-130/C5/P3 Platforms knowledge and business processes

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
