This position provides planning/scheduling support for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) leading the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules. Duties include driving execution of the PP&I business rhythm for all fundamental PP&I products to all customers, both internal and external. Tasks may include but are not limited to the monthly IMS update and calculation, generation of program critical path analysis, impacts to the Earned Value Management System, performing schedule risk assessments as required, creating formal schedule CDRL reports as required, development of proposal schedules, and maturation of forward planning efforts. This candidate will perform complex analysis and develop recommended courses of action to be delivered to internal and external customers. This candidate will provide guidance and mentoring to junior Planners to align to Industry and Lockheed Martin standard scheduling practices. The ideal candidate will drive communication and integration across a variety of program functional organizations such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Business Management, Program Finance, and Program Management. This position will utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to present program analysis and lead schedule development workshops.
Position allows for greater than 50% telework – potential opportunity for up to full-time telework
Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education

• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration

• Direct experience in any of the following: Deltek Open Plan, Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, Artemis ProjectView or other Planning Tools

• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
Desired skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration

• Experience with Critical Path

• Experience with EVMS and Earned Value Guidelines (ANSI/EIA - 748) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR)

• Knowledge of Industry Scheduling Processes (PASEG)

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product

• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions

• Organizational Skills interfacing with Senior Leadership, Program Management Leads, and Program Technical Leads across multiple sites

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word

• Milestones Professional Software Experience

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
