Your Role: What you'll be doing
Provide technical support to defined end user groups. Work with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. Study and analyze system needs, system development, system process analysis, design and re-engineering. Troubleshoot, install, and update information technology resources. Implement new procedures and techniques.
Your Background: What education and experience you'll need
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years of experience.
  • 4 years of directly related experience and relevant professional certifications may be used to satisfy the bachelor’s degree requirement.

Your Background: What skills you'll need
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD), systems processing, user management, and data security.
  • Experience managing windows file system permissions, using PowerShell, and running SQL queries.
  • Experience in supporting an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution and related methodologies and technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Integration, SQL, SSO, ACL, and RBA.
  • Strong understanding of access control methods, to include access control lists and user and group administration across multiple platforms (i.e. Windows, UNIX, and application level controls).
  • Must possess proven experience to support the implementation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide identity and access management infrastructure, continue to improve identity data controls and the provisioning/ de-provisioning processes, and provide metrics and reporting to provide transparency to the process.
  • Knowledge of identity provisioning, identity and access management, and security.
  • General knowledge of infrastructure security, including Windows, Unix/Linux, desktop/laptop, and mobile security.
  • Previous experience process accessing control change requests, such as adding, modifying, and deleting user and group accounts within an Active Directory, Enterprise Directory, Unix, database, and Outlook (exchange) environment.
  • Service oriented and must work easily with end users and IT administrators and management.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot access problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including communicating across Information Technology teams.
  • Skilled at writing concise, high-quality technical documents.
  • Ability to interact with various customer groups, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive task assignments and projects to completion.
  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)
$115,142 - $179,922

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
