To layout fiberglass, and remove air voids, and apply paint where needed, and the use of some small hand tools, and assist the gunner and lead in daily activities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To form fiberglass to a mold and remove air voids 25%
• Will help the lead and supervisor over see the safety and quality of the parts 25%
• And will play a major roll in the training of new outfitters 25%
• Provide the general labor need to do job 25%

Experience: Must know all the workings of the equipment that is in use and be experienced in all the jobs of the team they are on to help with training of new outfitters

• Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time
