Responsibilities 

• Conduct orientation
• Check in personnel
• Transfer data into computer files or database systems
• Update spreadsheets with multiple name changes with 100% accuracy
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Working with hotel to maintain guidelines set for hotel quarantine
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate typing skills required
• Proficient with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail High school degree or equivalent

Coordination Role

• Testing Center
• Procedure Driven (Executes procedures and looks for efficiencies with procedures)
• Strong people management skills
