Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Lead Procurement Agent (Level 5) to join our Mine, Materials & Standards Contracting team in Everett, Washington!
The Procurement Agent will provide contracting knowledge, negotiate and carry out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:
Mentor and train new employees
Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies
Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements
Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
Provide oversight and contract management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions
Managing internal and external relationships with Material and Standards companies and internal stakeholders
Negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions
Proactively communicate with the leadership team, peers, and customers. This may include the preparation and presentation of the business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status, etc.
Establish partnerships and relationships across various business units with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience drafting contracts or legal documents.
5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
5+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts
5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically, 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $133,200 - $162,800
