Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to lead systems supporting a high performing/high tempo federal law enforcement program management organization responsible for the deployment of sensors and technology .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the engineering technical management team
  • Oversee system engineering activities for System Acquisition and Sustainment
  • Support the development and maintenance of acquisition procedures and process from a technical perspective
  • Oversee all aspects of sensor integration on behalf of the client

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • BS/MS in Engineering Discipline and 10+ years of experience
  • Certification in System Engineering from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) certification (Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)) or DAWIA Level III Systems, Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering (SPRDE) certification)

  • Experience organizing, directing, and managing technical support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks
  • Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization
  • Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and execute technical requirements and engineering-related task plans, studies, analyses, reports and deliverable items
