The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Learning and Development (L&D) strategy across the account, ensuring that it is aligned with and supports the Account’s objectives. The role will focus on enhancing the account’s reputation for being an account of choice helping individuals achieve their ambitions.

The role will focus on bringing to life the account’s L&D program, working with subject matter experts to build, deploy and track L&D material utilizing the Learning Management System platform to ensure maximum reach and impact across the account.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define the Learning and Development strategy across the account

  • Develop a strategic training roadmap aligned with our core objectives

  • Develop and deploy a coordinated consistent training program incorporating the various regional, functional and client requirements

  • Creating, implementing and delivering training programs to include safety, regulatory, technical skills, and career development

  • Lead employee onboarding efforts in conjunction with service line leaders

  • Drive the utilization of ‘My Development’ JLL’s global LMS as the single source of account training records

  • Update current training material into new programs including interactive e-learning curriculums

  • Develop new material to meet the needs to the account, utilizing where possible existing corporate material

  • Creation and enablement of on demand/web-based training using best practices in adult learning theory, JLL brand standards, and JLL learning standards

  • Drive and track deployment and completion of account mandatory training activities

  • Timely response to regional and functional leaders on emerging training issues and needs, and inquiries regarding learning & development programs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a Learning & Development/Training is a must

  • Experience leveraging various technology tools to deliver L&D platform (e.g. web, eLearning tools, LMS, Scorn files, tracking, assessment, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (Cornerstone experience is a plus)

  • Real Estate & Facilities health and safety training experience is a plus (not required)

  • Ability with work with virtual leadership team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs

  • Strong organizational and management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently

  • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment

  • Numerical literacy; ability to analyze and present information

Estimated compensation for this position is:

85,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
