SUMMARY:  ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for Lifeguards. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

• Support pool operations and safety - Monitor swimming activities to prevent accidents and provide assistance.
• Maintains order in the pool and pool area.
• Rescues swimmers in danger and administers first aid/reports emergencies.
• Inspects facilities for cleanliness and cleans pool and pool area, including restrooms.
• Determines chlorine content and pH value of water using testing kits.
• Check items in and out such as towels and recreation equipment.
• May conduct or officiate swimming competitions/games/recreation events.
• Must be present and a full participant in quarterly In-service training.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
