Strategic planning is a critical piece of our business that aids our executive team to think critically about the business, provides a roadmap for achieving our strategic vision, and highlights the implications and outcomes of our strategic decisions. This high visibility role is critical in the creation and ongoing maintenance of the strategic long-range plan, along with a variety of other projects and responsibilities related to the strategic planning process. You will be working with a variety of leaders across functional and business units to help define the strategic vision, tie that vision to a long-range financial plan, and to help ensure understanding of and accountability to the plan. Our ability to continue to achieve success as a global organization is dependent upon defining a strategic vision and precisely how that vision will be achieved, which is the ultimate goal of the strategic long-range plan and our strategic planning initiative.What You'll Do
- Drive strategic planning work across multiple business and functional units
- Own strategic long-range plan financial model
- Connect and integrate strategic long-range plan with capital management plan and ongoing investment needs
- Work directly with leaders from across the organization to define strategic plans and drive accountability
- Help generate views and potential strategic direction for business to pursue
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, FP&A, investment banking, or other similar roles
- Ability to draw conclusions from financial detail and effectively document and communicate these conclusions to executive level leadership
- Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and processes
- Experience working across a large, multi-national organization
- Self-directed work style and ability to think independently
