Test Engineer:
This Test Engineering Team Lead position is with the Manufacturing Test Engineering – Integrated Systems Test organization that directly supports the F-35 Production line.

This position is 100% on site.

Support the F-35 Production Operations Build Team with Electrical based Systems Checkout & validation of myriad F-35 sub-systems in Forward Assembly through Final Assembly.
• Electrical Systems related checkout includes: FACT, PTMS, FPS, Coax/VSWR, Power & Weapons Systems and more.
• Work as part of a larger team responsible for the testing of All F-35 Systems & Sub-Systems on the aircraft
• Test Equipment: Design, Develop, Test, Maintain & Train use of test equipment.
• Author & maintain complex test system checkout procedures (SCOPs) for use by Production Operations.
• Prioritizes daily tasks for team and provides coaching to E1-E4 electrical test engineers
• Support the MTE Projects Team with the project management & acquisition of Test Equipment & Support Equipment.
• Engage as the technical expert with IPTs, Suppliers, Quality & more to drive root cause and corrective action for flyable hardware

• This position requires ability to obtain a Secret clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• This is a 4/10A 1st shift position. Must be able to work overtime and support weekends as business needs require.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience leading a project or team in a direct or indirect role.
• Solid analytical troubleshooting abilities to solve complex system level problems.
• Experience with LM Tools such as SFM, PDM, JEDI and/or JDL
• Troubleshooting experience with complex Electrical &/or Avionics systems.
Desired skills
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in F-35 Production Operations &/or Engineering
• Able to successfully participate in a fast-paced test environment & make difficult decisions under pressure.
• Able to learn quickly, enjoy challenges, work independently & as part of a team.
• LabVIEW or Software Programming Experience
• Computer Hardware Maintenance/Repair
• Confident work ethic to take initiative and full ownership of complex tasks to drive results
• Strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
