The Marketing Production Assistant will support the Senior Graphic Designer who is responsible for the development of graphics, collateral, and video projects. Assignments generally include assisting with preparation of designs for final production. Graphics projects could be in print, digital, or large format. Key requirements include exceptional attention to detail, good communication and time management skills, and the ability to lend support on multiple projects at the same time.

Duties:

• Support development and execution of brochures, datasheets, publication advertisements, PowerPoint presentations, and sales documents; proofread content and prepare final print-ready packages.
• Support the design of digital graphics for corporate websites, banner ads, email marketing, and social media; includes image touch-up/color correcting (Photoshop).
• Support production of large format graphics such as trade show graphics, posters, banners, and signage.
• Assist with production of bids and proposals, including packaging and shipping/hand-delivery activities.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all aspects of work.
• Maintain archive of projects, images, and historic collateral.

 Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design production experience
• Proficient experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat)
• Strong understanding of print and digital production
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
• Must be independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)

 Additional Qualifications (not required)

• Photography and video production experience (ex. Adobe Premier Pro)
• Copywriting/editing experience

 Compensation:

The base pay range for this full-time position is $24.00 - $26.44 per hour plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
