As part of the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the daily operations of the local marketing department which serves as a print shop and marketing resource for several Sales Centers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. This position is responsible for the design and production of custom point of sale, inventory and maintenance of marketing materials, and guiding the Sales and Marketing teams to implement strategic programs while supporting the Company’s Culture Formula.

What will you do as Marketing Specialist? 

• Follow marketing communications guidelines as established by The Coca-Cola Company to ensure all trademark and branding guidelines are followed.
• Prepare marketing materials for intercompany, customer and community projects, Oversee the daily functions of the local Marketing print shop, review all requests, prepare production plans, schedule and expedite orders.
• With input from the Marketing Manager, lead the Sales and Marketing teams in implementing national and local marketing initiatives to ultimately increase market share, build brand presence and elevate consumer/brand engagement.
• Layout, production, finishing and packaging of custom advertising materials.
• Operate equipment and perform production tasks as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate shipment and delivery of finished material

Requirements

  

In the Marketing Specialist role, we are seeking someone who has:

• Strong writing and design skills.
• Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with Sales and Marketing team members to manage promotional programs.
• Experience in preparing marketing communications and design layout.

In the Marketing Specialist role, we prefer candidates who have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in communication, graphic design, or marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in consumer goods or beverages preferred.
• Knowledge in the following software packages: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
