Marketing Sr Manager–Office Based Raleigh or Tucson

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the North American Marketing Strategy and Plan across all marketing channels.
  • Create, implement, and drive multi-channel marketing and strategies to drive growth (lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue retention, and market share) in the North American market
  • Effectively manage marketing spend in line with the growth and business strategy and make a positive impact on North America
  • Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within the market.
  • Be a customer champion, spearheading robust data-driven initiatives to grow overall reach and optimize each stage of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate and leverage cross-functional marketing services teams to develop briefs and operational execution plans (Events, Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design)
  • Own the North American media investment strategy, long and short-term planning, and an aggressive media testing plan, helping them identify marketing channels that will help us reach prospects more efficiently.
  • Develop, lead and coach the North American Marketing team and work closely with an efficient global team of passionate marketing professionals.
  • Align and support regional department heads (Customer Support, Sales) to maximize operational efficiencies across the business
  • Test, launch, and scale growth opportunities and channels in North America

Skills needed to be successful

  • Ability to lead and execute on multiple, critical projects at a time
  • Multi-channel B2B lead generation experience
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, manage multiple projects, and achieve successful business results rapidly
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Validated ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal and presentation format.
  • Proven ability to influence/persuade others
  • Demonstrated strong industry networking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated management abilities
  • Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools, techniques and technology

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing strategic development and execution of all marketing communications, advertising, and brand activities in software, high technology or eBusiness environment
  • 5+ years managing and leading successful marketing teams

Preferred Experience & Education

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Experience within IT marketplace
  • Ability and comfort level communicating with and presenting to clinical and technical experts
  • Experience with laboratories, medical devices, healthcare information systems an advantage
  • Experience with project management

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $95,000 to $130,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
