Job Description

Our Electronics Systems (ES) division headquartered in southern New Hampshire produces electronics for flight and engine control, electronic warfare, surveillance, communications, geospatial intelligence, and power and energy management.
We are seeking a strong lead for our Mechanical Analysis Capability Group (MACG) that supports the ES business. An individual in this role will serve as a front line functional supervisor for a diverse set of mechanical engineering analysts, across multiple sites. We are looking for someone that has a passion for Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Analysis and is interested in advancing this craft within our company.
An individual at this level should be demonstrating the ability to lead large work groups, from various sites, in support of their assigned programs. They should understand the risks and opportunities associated with program activities. Supporting Independent Research & Development, departmental initiatives and continuous improvement activities will be required. This leader will participate in independent assessments, Peer Reviews and Failure Review Board meetings (e.g. analysis or subject matter guidance). They will be responsible for hiring staff to meet the needs of the business, developing, mentoring, and evaluation performance of their team. The lead is responsible for the work products of those under their purview, assuring they are applying sound Hardware processes and considering tailored approaches to analysis to meet cost and schedule.

Required Skills and Education
Required:- Bachelor's Degree or Higher and 10 years related work experience
- Experience with analytical tools such as ANSYS and NASTRAN
- Must be a US citizen and eligible for a Secret clearance
