Operational Excellence Leader will oversee a team who will define objectives and milestones, deliver appropriate trainings, provide governance, and to ensure that enterprise teams are updated with new capabilities.

As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Create roadmap to implement BN Op Ex framework and oversee execution and timely execution of milestones.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies, policies, and procedures that drive process improvement and increase efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of operational excellence / continuous improvement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards for leading and lagging indicators.
  • Build and oversee Op Ex roadmap to support the company’s strategy
  • Create Kaizen schedule and facilitate Op Ex steering committee

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement roles, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of process Lean, Six Sigma and Process Improvement which includes 5S, Visual Management, Rapid Problem Solving, Kaizen PDCA, Process Control, and Standard work.
