RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Assist in management of shipping and receiving personnel along with processes. 
• Optimize  productivity and increase efficiency while ensuring safety throughout the warehouse. 
• Provides leadership and guidance to employees along with Supervisor. 
• Communicate to the supervisor and staff on areas concerning safety, quality, policies and procedures, and productivity issues.
• Develop and promote teamwork throughout the shift including working with other Supervisors and/or other Assistant Supervisors and employees in all shifts.
