Carrier is actively recruiting for an Operations FP&A, Senior Analyst to join the team within the Residential HVAC business in Indianapolis, IN. About the role:

Overall, this position will provide financial support for Operations FP&A which includes support of the monthly close & forecast process, annual plan and long-range planning, variance analysis, KPI tracking & reporting, and overall management support for Capital Expenditures. The ideal candidate will have accounting and finance experience supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance regarding investments via consolidation and analysis of CAPEX & associated Working Capital metrics for Carrier HVAC

  • Coordinate CAPEX investment reviews with leadership as required

  • Consolidate, analyze, and lead monthly metrics and short-range outlook with global leaders.

  • Consolidate and track footprint project costs and associated savings

  • Support and participate in multiple global projects as required

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed on various projects

  • Coordination and consolidation of monthly financial forecast and annual plans, specifically as it relates to investments

  • Coordination and consolidation of periodic management presentations as needed

  • Must possess strong leadership, analytical skills and sound business judgment and be comfortable working with senior management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analyst roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

  • Experience in global operations

  • Experience in manufacturing/supply chain environment

  • Knowledge of US GAAP
