Job Description
Support our Digital Forensics Network and Technology Support on-site customer delivery team as one of our team's Management Program Analyst (MAPA).  This is an important customer mission enablement project which ensures the operational availability of state-of-the-art technologies and the technical expertise necessary to enhance and support customers investigative efforts in the Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, Criminal Investigative, and Cybercrime Programs.

The Management Program Analyst (MAPA) performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of the forensics programs.  The MAPA will perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more program areass.  The MAPA shall establish and define program plan requirements and direct or perform in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans, monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s), and monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contract task order cost and schedule objectives are met.

The MAPA position will interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.  This person shall be capable of completing both professional oral and written communications and preparing professional presentations and reports for both.  The MAPA shall provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility and onsite management responsibilities for the team. This person may also participate in special projects, as required, and ensure that deliverables are completed in coordination with the program manager and government task lead.

Candidate must be willing to obtain a Polygraph for this customer.
 
Required Skills and Education
  • 3+ years of experience performing administrative and analytical tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and abilities in project management, task management, budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, quality and productivity measurement, client satisfaction, and technical and management analytics.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with project management tools (MS Project)
Experience in training/classroom settings.  Setting up classrooms, preparation of materials.
Experience with logistics and scheduling travel arrangements l for classroom participants.
 
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
