Description
Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Order Management Specialist to join our fast paced, customer oriented Final Control and Systems teams. The successful candidate will perform various order management and support functions including order entry, purchasing, and expediting that support our Final Control and Systems business. This individual will have a solid understanding of purchase order/invoicing capabilities using internal business systems including a strong knowledge of computer applications as well as demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of all customer orders (order entry, purchasing, invoicing, expediting, order status, etc.)
- Reconcile customer purchase orders with our Final Control and Systems quotations
- Work with team members to ensure customer schedules and expectations are fulfilled
- Ability to learn and work in multiple business systems and applications quickly and efficiently
- Communicate and work with other operations team members as required
- Actively participate with team members to achieve company goals
- Support post order customer requests
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma Required or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or manufacturing environment preferred
- ERP business management software experience preferred
- High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Ability to work in the office/shop environment on their scheduled work days
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours on a computer
Pay:
- Cash compensation potential: $38-$50K (Inclusive of base hourly rate, bonus, OT)
- Overtime and double time eligible
- This is an hourly role

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30 pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Remote work is available two days per week after 6 months of employment
