SCHEDULE:  Flexible work week, 20-24 hours/wk. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for making sure repairs and maintenance of buildings and office are completed as scheduled. 
2. Responsible for maintaining order in storage trailers.
3. Responsible for reviewing anticipated schedule and maintaining log of completed repairs and maintenance for review with Regional Facilities Manager. 
4. Responsible for working safely and in a professional manner at all times. 
5. Must support management decisions and company goals.
6. Responsible for working safely and in a professional manner at all times. 
7. Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
8. Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.

9. Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time. 

Maintenance III Minimum Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of building maintenance experience.
2. Must be able to lift 75 pounds
