People Services Data Quality Specialist

Reporting to the People Services Data Quality Manager, the People Services Data Quality Specialist provides support for the North America region. The focus of this role is on the reporting, auditing of payroll-impacting employee data, supervisory organization management in Workday, testing Workday functionality and various other data quality activities for North America. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Audit North America Workday employee and structural data; partner with designees on corrections
Supports specific data, analytic and auditing needs for People & Culture as well as the business
Manage the Workday organization administration requests, i.e., Create Subordinate Organization, Assign Superior, Assign Manger Role, etc. while ensuring integrity of structure
Perform audits with data from multiple sources
Support testing of new functionality as well as releases
Provide supporting documentation for auditing authorities
Manage unemployment claim process
Provide backup for EIBs (i.e., mass loads)
Support RIF process
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree is required
3+ years work experience in a HR or HR Operational role
Strong/Advanced Excel skills
Data and analytical capability
Experience with Workday HCM
Ability to work independently with sound judgement and decision making
Ability to take initiative, demonstrate a sense of urgency and flex in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professionally manage confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
Workday reporting with knowledge of Worksheets
Workday organizational administration management experience
Experience working in a highly matrixed/globally aligned organization
Prior experience in HR role
Experience with Service Now or other ticketing system
Qlik Sense experience a strong plus
