The Plant Production Associate pay is $23.85/hour after 60 days with the certification pay. In addition, after four months of employment you would be eligible for a shift differential (2nd shift $0.50/hour and 3rd shift $1.50/hour). We have a second shift (2pm-10pm) and third shift (10pm-6am) job openings. The Schreiber Foods Green Bay plant is expanding and are looking for partners who want to work on our new lines working Monday-Friday on 8-hour shifts. Overtime is paid after 8 hours in a day! Earning potential on overtime after 8 hours in a day is $36/hour on 2nd shift and $38/hour on 3rd shift.

Job Duties

  • Operate food wrapping equipment
  • Perform clean-up duties
  • Complete food production records
  • Operate computer/production screens
  • Adhere to food safety and partner safety policies and practices
  • Work both individually and as a team member

Minimum Requirements

  • Computer literacy
  • Effective verbal and written skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
  • Other relevant work experience preferred, but not required
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to train on any shift
  • Mechanical aptitude to operate equipment


  • This position is working 8 hour shifts
  • We have openings on 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm and 3rd shift: 10pm-6am
  • Shift differential pay for 2nd shift is $0.50/hour and 3rd shift is $1.50/hour
  • Work weeks are Monday-Friday but must be able to work some Saturdays (average one weekend per month)
  • Pay starts at $22.15/hour and after 60 days with the certification pay is $23.85/hour. Overtime is paid after working 8 hours in a day (up to $38/hour)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 51 pounds
  • Ability to tolerate hot and wet conditions during clean up
