Plastics Support Operator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and refill material as well as switching silos when requested

  • Move material internally to the plastics area

  • Regrind and separate plastic scrap to put it back in production

  • Periodic cleaning and controlling of auxiliary equipment (material feeding system, chillers, presses, etc.), and grinders

  • Cover for other operators during their breaks

  • Support the maintaining of 5S Standards

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing position, with a basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing and a good understanding of quality principles

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English

  • Authorization to drive electric pallet jack

  • Use of MES

  • Capacity to recognize risks and safety principles in production context
