Job Description
The Radar & Sensor Systems (RSS) market segment, within the Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) line of business, seeks a Program Management Director for the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) submarket segment. The GBAS business services customers in more than 30 foreign countries and the US DOD for production and sustainment of radar systems. The contracts are primarily fixed price with a large number of Direct Commercial Sale contracts and USG/FMS contracts.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead capture and execute radar production, development, and sustainment activities (~$300M/year in sales over numerous contracts). In addition, they will manage international ground based radar and HF operations. Responsibilities also include developing and executing the long-term growth strategy for the GBAS business. The Director will be responsible for managing senior level customer relationships both domestically and internationally and will have overall responsibility for contract cost, schedule, and technical performance. The candidate will be required to travel internationally.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related experience
• Demonstrated high energy leader of highly dynamic teams/organizations
• Demonstrated ability to manage business operations
• Broad based program management and business development experience: managing large captures, performance efforts delivering cost, schedule, and financial outcomes
• Experience working with Development, Production, FAR, FMS and DCS captures and programs
• Demonstrated senior leadership of large programs or portfolios
• Experience leading proposals and developing strategic business plans
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences in pursuit of common objectives
• Effective leadership and management skills and a proven record of successful staff development
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $180,000 - $300,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
