RemoteThe Environmental Airframe Control Systems (EACS) segment of the Collis Aerospace Power & Controls business is a diverse business providing products supporting Military and Commercial Air-framers and Industrial markets. The Contracts group supporting the Power Transmission Systems (PTS) of the business has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator at it's Rome, NY site.
This is a remote position supporting the Rome, NY site
Primary Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of contract administration on Aerospace end users, including MRO
- Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Contracts role on the Customer Value Stream team working with other functional groups;
- Receipt, review, and processing of customer solicitations/RFPs/RFIs;
- Proposal preparation including letter writing, gathering of deliverables, seeking approvals;
- Review and negotiation of contract terms and conditions;
- Preparation of contract documents including non-disclosure agreements and memoranda of agreement;
- Purchase Order/Contract reviews and acknowledgments;
- Flow down of contract requirements to internal stakeholders;
- Change management, identification of contract and business risk
- Provide input to forecasting the demand for particular products to drive supply chain activities;
- Accounts receivable support and reporting to Leadership;
- Audit support; contract close out; as well as company initiatives including CORE, standard policies & procedures, and support overall business financial goals;
- Minimal travel required (<10%);
- Willingness to work nonstandard hours;
- Some Holiday hours may be required based on business need.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 plus years’ experience relevant to Contract Administration preferably with both U.S. Government and Commercial type contracts is preferred
- SAP experience
- FAR/DFARS working knowledge
- Strong communication skills including letter writing

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
