Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain / Procurement Co-Op for a June-December 2023 opportunity.

During the Supply Chain/Procurement Co-Op, the students will get the opportunity to work with our Supply Chain groups in the office as well BWP Customer and Supplier site visits. This will allow the co-op to better understand the products and customers of BWP and to assist in developing the supply base for BWP. Our goal is to give each student the opportunity to experience the responsibilities of a Supply Chain Professional at BW Papersystems and better understand how Supply Chain / Procurement is applied in the Corrugating and Paper Sheeting industry.

Education:
Working towards B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business with background in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of coursework in Supply Chain Management, Business with background in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.

Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in all areas of procurement to support BW Papersystems.

The Supply Chain/Procurement Co-Op position requires the ability to simultaneously organize and successfully execute multiple project responsibilities. Candidates need to possess good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility with tasks and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership, clients, and vendors.
