onsemi is looking for highly experienced power semiconductor device experts to join the Semiconductor Technology Team within the Advanced Power Division at the corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. As an APD Power Semiconductor Technologist, you will be responsible for oversight of new technology programs to ensure proper technology maturation from concept to production in key power semiconductors including Si and SiC.  You will be part of a high energy, cross functional team passionately driven to deliver advanced products that enable a more sustainable world.

Minimum MS in engineering with a preference for PhD in power semiconductors
Minimum 10 years industry experience in power device design, development, and processing
Exposure to high volume production
