At A.R.E., a RealTruck Company, we proudly manufacture the nation’s best fiberglass and aluminum caps and hard tonneau covers for pickup trucks.  Utilizing a great team of employees, we have been a staple in the community for over 50 years.

• Multiple Locations/Shifts Available
  • Massillon: 1st shift (5am-3pm), 2nd shift (3:30pm-1:30am), 3rd shift (10pm-8am)
  • Dundee: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)
  • Mt. Eaton: 1st shift (5am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm-1:00am)
• Set Shift Schedules 
• Great Pay starting at $18.00-$23.25/hr.

• For starters, we value everyone’s ideas and inputs. We want all your talents. Part of your job will be helping us get even better at what we do.
• We build our fiberglass caps and covers using precise molds. Our employees build, inspect, and maintain these molds.
• While wearing the right protective equipment, our employees apply and shape the fiberglass into the molds, along with high tech resins and other binders.
• The unfinished cap is released from the mold, and our team members spot and address any surface imperfections and prepare the cap for paint through sanding and minor body work. To delight our customers, our caps include top quality components such as windows, screens, roof racks, and other customized options. Our assembly team members handle all of these installations.

• If it’s not safe, we don’t do it. This is a really big deal at A.R.E. We wear all necessary items to protect ourselves to ensure we always return home the same way we arrived at work.

A lot of handcrafting goes into producing our terrific products. Our jobs require lifting, bending, and elbow grease.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience with hand tools and basic measuring devices is helpful. Or we will teach you.
