Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership for the execution of a task order.

What You'll Be Doing:

The PM support shall include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, including both technical issues and business processes. It is required that the PM has the authority to make decisions for the prime contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance

  • A minimum of three years of experience working on DoD projects supporting operations, information, and/or engineering.

  • A minimum of six years of recent experience (the end of the work experience must be within the last five years) managing programs/projects that included research, development, and implementation.

  • An active certification in at least one of the following:

    i. Program Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    ii. PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • 15 years of combined experience in roles giving the PM an understanding of DoD engineering and testing programs that would enable the PM to readily communicate and understand the mission needs of the customer.

Salary Range:
