This Program Manager, Engine Liquid role is central to growing our Engine Lube and Diesel Fuel filtration business globally. You will work with teams across the globe to position the value of our market-leading technology to capture market share in an already fast-growing business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively works with and manages programs for our regional entities to expand our Engine Liquid business globally.

  • Develops strong relationships with regional entities, our internal engineering/ product management team and operations teams to be able to effectively execute and influence program outcomes, ensures program status is communicated, program risks are identified and mitigated.

  • Plans and manages multiple programs to completion leveraging our program toll gate process

  • Develops, manages, and communicates program plan with all team members and supporting roles, ensuring status is actively maintained in our program tollgate system

  • Acts as conduit between regional entities and local engineering and operations teams (Voice of entity within our local team, voice of local team with our entity)

  • Brings voice of customer back (from entities, customer visits, market analysis of region) to our Product Managers to provide directional input to maintain a global perspective

  • Works with regional Application Engineering/ Sales teams to ensure correct product application is being applied (Application Engineering support)

  • Works with regional entities to identify opportunities, support/ pursuit of Target Customers and opportunities (Business development)

  • Support of entities in working through field issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' Program Management experience

  • Mechanical Engineer degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience actively working with global teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative nature.

  • Proven planning, organization and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to instill trust and influence across all levels.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • PMP Certification

  • Fuel or hydraulic product experience

  • Foreign language experience
