ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform visual inspections of “non-rework” electronic components, subassemblies, and assemblies to
Workmanship Standards (IPC-A-610) using AOI, visual aids (Magnification lamp and Microscope) and other
inspection tools.
• Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
• Inspect product based on customer requirements via provided documentation, as directed by Team
Leader/Supervisor.
• Record Pass/Fail/Reject parts into a Daily Inspection Sheet/Tablet/MES (Mfg. Enterprise Software).
• Provide feedback to production personnel/Assemblers regarding the types of defects found during inspection.
• Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities.
• Participate in work group/team activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
• Must be a positive and dependable member of the quality group.
• Must support manufacturing needs.
• Must be adaptive and supportive of change.
• Must provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
• The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year experience in the electronics industry required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of internal
company documentation.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance
graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Able to perform basic data entry transactions.
• Must achieve a passing score on the Milwaukee Electronics Component identification course.
• Must achieve a passing score on the IPC-A-610 current revision course.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Vision
requirements include: close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
