Responsible for recruitment process; point person for recruitment outreach to various entities, sourcing candidates; prepare position requisitions, coordinate employment advertising and conduct phone screens. Work directly with hiring managers and Corporate Recruiting staff.
This is an exempt position, DOE range $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus potential

High School Diploma or Equivalent3-5 Years of full cycle recruiting experience across multiple types of positions - office based, warehouse based and transportation based.
Exceptional interviewing, communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and associated compliance.
Experience using a variety of recruiting sources to include job boards and social media.
General understanding of compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company to include senior leadership.
Strong business acumen.
