Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day processing of Contracts and Subcontracts; build and maintain relationships with external customers and our Team of Sales Representatives; send requests to Customers for Credit Applications; submit insurance requests; provide support to our Legal Team and Accounts Receivables Team.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review/Modify/Amend/Create documents to support Sales with Contracts and Subcontracts.
Review/Modify/Amend/Create/Negotiate terms and agreements of Contracts with Customers.
Request/Review Customer Credit Applications.
Request insurance certificates and monitor compliance of insurance.
Understand customers’ requirements, business needs to resolve issues and build relationships with Customers and Sales Representatives.
Support Sales Team, Legal Team and Accounts Receivables Team.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Preferred but not required degree in business, paralegal or English or equivalent contract experience.
Preferred 3-5 years' experience in contracts, paralegal or relevant field.
Proficient computer skills required including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Must perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, decision making and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
