We are currently searching for an outstanding individual for our Sales Manager position at our Taunton, MA office. Sales region would include the following areas: New England and Eastern NY.

Applicant coming from coatings, steel manufacturing or other industrial/technical fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully represent and market hot dip galvanizing to prospective clients, including steel fabricators, manufacturers, architects and engineers
• Build and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify and develop opportunities within the designated territory
• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies that result in continued growth in market share
• Represent industry-related trade shows when applicable
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, team environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong networking skills along with prospecting and business development experience is required
• Prior experience marketing protective coating is highly preferred but not required
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
• Strong organizational skills and collaboration with production site

Compensation:
