We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and promoting our extensive range of precision products to prospective clients across various industries.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Review new quotes to determine if it is a fit, work with Sales Coordinator to prepare the quote and submit it to the customer.
  • Address any customer concerns regarding shipments or production questions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure effective communication and alignment on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
  • Participate in weekly APQP and quote meetings.
  • Follow up on open quotes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing Sales, machining experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Self motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

$70,000 to $100,000 based off experience
