Sales Support Administrator
Overview
Responsible for providing customer support to large complex customers. Will supply support and training to customers throughout the client/company relationship. Responsibilities
-Provide exemplary customer service skills to large clients. -Assist with customer onsite deliveries to help coordinate smooth installs. -Attend on-site product installations and training clients on new equipment . -Provides ongoing support to clients with hardware issues, supplies, equipment maintenance. -Main point of contact for client issues with myCSA, remote billing, emergency supply request. -Attends quarterly reviews with Canon sales team and clients. -Communicates with clients by e-mail ,phone calls and travels to client sites. Qualifications
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience. - Strong customer relations experience. - Training experience. - Ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment. - Experience with learning and using new software programs. - Proficent with Microsoft applications (ex: Excel). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Must be able to do overnight travel (20% +).
