Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain a safe work environment as outlined by NEW Cooperative’s policies and procedures.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of products from vehicles based on work orders.
  • Unloads and loads grain from trucks and wagons.
  • Fill and transport NH3 equipment.
  • Assist in setup & maintenance of equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable to drive.
  • Understand the importance of providing very high levels of customer service.
  • Understand the seasonality of the farm supply business and the in-season time commitment, additionally nights and weekends as needed for train loading.
