WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing leadership to align, motivate, enable, support and build a positive work environment for the team.
Providing leadership to ensure project execution with expected levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Overseeing sales team customer engagement with on-site evaluation, technical issues, and providing a detailed scope of work including pricing.
Managing recommendations from team to the sales team as far as optimal equipment and technologies required for each project.
Overseeing CRM software with project estimates.
Assisting the sales process with hands-on demonstrations.
Re-evaluating projects sold prior to installation to ensure that equipment and services sold are procured from economical sources.
Overseeing submittal process to design firms and or municipalities/agencies involved in obtaining permits and approvals for booked projects.
Conducting meetings with team, Sales Representatives and customers to present project approvals.
Managing AutoCAD drawings of projects during the sales process and Asset sheets for installed materials.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or at least 7 years of related technical design experience or commensurate combination of education experience.
Leadership experience managing teams and projects.
Must possess a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of IT Networks infrastructure, servers, routers, etc. to properly design IP based security solutions and communicate scope and responsibilities with the customer.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services.
Knowledge of practical application of engineering science and technology.
Knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Possess willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; utilize personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to potentially hazardous materials, lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; be able to handle semi-frequent stressful conditions (cardiovascular), frequently work in outdoor weather conditions, frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally ascend/descend a ladder, operate a motor vehicle, frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
On Call for critical systems maintenance may be required. First shift hours Monday – Friday, with occasional 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends depending on project schedules.
