Key Responsibilities | - Products: Digital Cluster ECU development for ICE & BEV, Requirement creation for ECU, and Software Verification
- Role: Perform all engineering activities with Hino Japan engineering’s support for new class 7-8 truck development program. It includes
- Lead functional safety activity and create work products
- Plan and estimate Project Safety
- Execute and facilitate system, subsystem, electrical hardware and software safety analysis
- Perform Safety assessment and conformance support to product engineering
- Create high level vehicle requirements for each ECUs
- Verify supplier work products
- Interact and work with a wide range of people, like management and suppliers
- Need to expertise in both software and hardware architectures
- Need to develop system control features that set and maintain quality standards
- Need to perform quality control procedures to make sure that all systems are operational and efficient
- Review and analyze requirements
- Support functional safety activity and create work products
- Need execution and/or facilitation of system, subsystem, electrical hardware, and software safety analyses

Experience Level | Minimum of 7 years ECU software development experience. Automotive experience highly desirable. |
Educational Requirement | Bachelor’s degree required (BSME or BSEE related degree required). |
